The agency was founded in 2000 by Jean-Claude Torchia and his father, Armand, a pioneering figure in the profession. In 2004, Armand retired, leaving a legacy of visionary leadership that continues to inspire the agency. That same year, Daniel Torchia became Managing Director, and Michele Torchia Director of HR, joined as partners and solidified the agency’s identity as a proudly family-owned business. Together with Jean-Claude at the helm, its leadership has fostered a culture of collaboration and creativity stemming from the agency’s foundational family values and deep-rooted passion for the role of public relations and organizational communications in the corporate sector, and wider world.
